Phoenix confirm fixture changes

Manchester Phoenix can confirm two of their outstanding bmibaby Elite League fixtures have now been agreed with the Hull Stingrays and Belfast Giants for dates in February and March respectively.
 
Phoenix will host the Hull Stingrays in a St.Valentines night clash on Wednesday February 14th at the Altrincham Ice Dome – this game replaces the fixture originally scheduled for January 21st.
 
The Phoenix home game against the Belfast Giants originally scheduled for January 14th will now take place in the Altrincham Ice Dome on Saturday March 24th.
 
Phoenix still have a home game against the Edinburgh Capitals to confirm together with a final away trip to Newcastle and General Manager Andy Costigan noted, “we’re grateful to both Hull and Belfast for agreeing these new dates to visit the new Ice Dome leaving just the other two games to confirm. We have offered Edinburgh some date options and we’re waiting on Newcastle to do likewise for us. It’s vital we get these games re-scheduled as quickly as possible, and we hope to have them sorted this coming week.”
