Phoenix 200 Club

Manchester Phoenix would like to launch the Phoenix 200 Club for the 2011/2012 Season.

This will be set up to allow the fans to raise funds for the Phoenix team. The money raised will be used to help pay for various things throughout the season i.e. equipment, towards players wages when necessary etc.

We can potentially reach the maximum of 200 members, but, as shown below, as long as we have 50+ members the club will commence otherwise it will be postponed until the minimum figure has been reached.

How the club works:

1. For maximum prize money 200 members will be required.
2. Each member pays £8.67 per month per entry which entitles them into the end of month draw.
3. Payments can only be collected by standing order payable on the first of the month.
4. Everyone that has fully paid will be entered into the monthly draw.
5. Maximum prizes will comprise of £300.00 to the winner and £150.00 2nd prize and two 3rd prizes of £75.00. Maximum prize amount will be dependent upon the amount of entries, i.e. if we only have 100 members then the prize money will be halved.
6. We propose to announce the winners on match night, where the draw will take place during a convenient interval break. Results will also be published on the website and in the e-zine.
7. Prize money will work as shown in the example grid below and adjusted according to the number of participants.

   Maximum – 200	Cash Prizes £600.00 (as per item 5)
   Maximum – 150	Cash Prizes £450.00 (as per item 5)
   Maximum - 100	Cash Prizes £300.00 (as per item 5)
