Bebris departs Phoenix

Manchester Phoenix are saddened to announce the departure of Brit trained forward Edgars Bebris.

Bebris has been an impeccable player for the Phoenix, and although he has not taken his decision lightly to leave the club, Bebris, has made this difficult decision based on the needs of his family.

Tony Hand commented on the release of Bebris "Eddie has been very professional throughout Phoenix’s turbulent time and we thank him for all he has done for the club, on and off the ice.

The entire organisation sincerely wish him and his family all the best for the future, as we want all our current and departing players to be happy and looked after in their futures.”

Bebris commented “I would like to thank all the fans for their loyal support, I know the season has been tough, and I hope that things improve for the whole Phoenix family.”

The Phoenix are back in action this weekend, where we travel to Guildford on Saturday and return back to home ice on Sunday against the Phantoms.
