Roll up, roll up, we have an exciting and alternative hockey experience for you on Sunday 20th March!

The Manchester Phoenix & Trafford Metros are joining together for the 2011 ALLSTAR/SKILLS CHALLENGE.

Two teams, picked by the winners of Fantasy Phoenix on the night, will compete in a 3 period game.with a difference. The 1st and 3rd period will be as per usual, an end to end hockey game, but the 2nd is where the intrigue lies!

We will be holding a skills section, with actual Goals being awarded to the various skills winners, which will count to the overall score, to determine the winners of the night. We will be testing players on both teams, including the goalies, in "Fastest Skater", "Hardest Shot", Shooting Accuracy", "Goalie Goal" & "Elimination Shoot-Out".

Tickets are available at £10 for adults, £7.50 for concessions and £5 for kids, and as a special offer, if you have a friend who has never been to a game before, they can come to the 2011 ALLSTAR/SKILLS CHALLENGE for just a £2.50 donation to the Community Sports Foundation, keep an eye on the front of the Manchester Phoenix website for details!
