Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club is very proud to launch the Manchester Phoenix Community Sports Foundation (MPCSF).

The aim of the foundation is to lend a helping hand in allowing deprived children and neighbourhoods in the North West to believe they can achieve more in life. This charity intends to deliver a positive message and to encourage youngsters to participate in sport and live a healthy lifestyle.

This year the MPCSF will be operating in six specific areas all of which will focus on getting children involved with live sport.

As for many years now, the Community Roadshows will be continuing. These cover a myriad of topics, including healthy eatingand diets, bullting, drug abuse and environmental awareness whilst highlighting the national curriculum. The Roadshows are run and presented by Manchester Phoenix players.
