The University of Bolton has four academic schools, two research institutes and a research centre, offering an exciting and innovative range of courses from Access and Foundation level to undergraduate certificates, diplomas, degrees, and postgraduate masters and doctorates.
The university is unique within the region in offering a wide range of specific modules, tailored to support the personal and professional development needs of employees, each of which carries a CPD award as well as the learning credits. The university also offers a number of 'off the shelf’ short courses designed to meet specific training needs; most of these are internally or externally accredited.
The School of Business and Creative Technologies, which has been proud to be closely linked with Manchester Phoenix for some four years, provides a wide range of programmes including pre-degree Access and Foundation courses, Undergraduate and Masters level degrees through to PhD and DBA qualifications.
The University of Bolton is delighted that Manchester Phoenix has given students from their Creative Industries group the chance to gain real live work experience in supporting match nights at the rink.
