Phoenix live update – Sunday 8pm

This coming Sunday, September 3rd, the Manchester Phoenix are holding a special live event in the Sports Café, on Quay Street in city-centre Manchester.

Fans who have booked their season tickets will be able to collect them from 6pm ahead of a special presentation at 8pm by Neil Morris and Mike Petrouis – the co-owners of the new Altrincham Ice Dome.

They will introduce Directors from Ice Associates – the major contractor for the construction of the new ice arena – who will give a live, straight from the horses mouth, update of the on-going work at Oakfield Road and reveal a completion/handover date.

It is then planned to announce a major sponsorship deal for the Manchester Phoenix and at 9pm, new head coach Tony Hand and some of the freshly arrived Phoenix players will attend for an impromptu "meet the fans" and autograph session.
