Phoenix announce social events

The Manchester Phoenix organisation will be hosting various social events over the next few months, as well as holding auctions and fundraising activities.

These initiatives are being organised so the club may honour the back wages that are owed to the Senior players who have been the backbone of this club for many years now. It will also give all our fantastic supporters the opportunity to get together and share some of their experiences over the last 14 years.

A lot of interest has been shown in the Phoenix organisation over the last couple of weeks including a team wanting to write a book covering the last 14 years.

They would like excerpts and memories from what the author describes as the Magic of the Phoenix, you the fans. The Phoenix website is going to be rebuilt as a tribute to everybody that has been involved with a piece of Manchester’s sporting history.

This Sunday will see the Phoenix start to auction off Playing Shirts and memorabilia.

Teams are already looking through all the archive footage that will form the backbone of the first event for The Phoenix Faithful to come together and celebrate 14 years with this unique club. Special memorabilia and merchandise are also being worked on ready to be revealed shortly.

NB all monies raised from future activities with go straight to the club's senior playing staff.
