The Phoenix Faithful were treated to a romantic spectacle on Monday during the second interval as two of our supporters got engaged on the ice!

Phoenix compere Pete Hagan had handed the microphone to Derron Hylands to explain to the crowd why he was 'late arriving' for the Chuck A Duck interval game when Derron revealed the true purpose behind bringing girlfriend Katie Louise Brennan out into the firing line of the rubber ducks. Derron dropped to one knee and popped the question and Katie accepted, to much applause from the stands!
